- 1 medium apple (skin on)
- 1 medium banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tbsp Collagen Replenish™ Powder (unflavored)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds and/or hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/ cup of ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Add more coconut (if required) to reach the desired consistency.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

- 1/2 cup sugar or artificial sweetener
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp dried lavender
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 4 teaspoons Reserveage Marine Collagen Powder
- 4 fl. oz Vodka (optional)
- Add sugar and water to a medium-sized saucepan and bring to a simmer. When the sugar dissolves completely, add dried lavender, lemon zest and juice, and Reserveage Marine Collagen Powder.
- Simmer for 10 minutes more and then add Vodka (optional). Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Strain the custard and tranfer to an ice cream machine.
- Churn until the consistency is like soft serve ice cream

- 1 lb sweet baby bell peppers (about 12)
- 1 lb Bay Shrimp (cooked)
- 6 tbsp lightened up basil pesto OR Paleo pesto
- 1 scoop Reserveage Nutrition Collagen Replenish™ Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- A pinch of kosher salt
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Chopped basil or parsley for garnish
- Wash the bell peppers thoroughly. Split in two lengthwise, leaving the stems intact. Gently trim out the ribs and the seeds and rinse. Set aside.
- In a bowl, add cooked shrimp, pesto, Collagen Replenish™ Powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Lightly toss the mixture to get an even coat of the mixture.

- 3/4 cup natural sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp gluten-free baking flour or 3/4 cup almond flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup 4 large egg whites

- 1/2 sweet potato, diced
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
- 2-3 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk

- 1/4 cup diced veggies (mushroom, spinach, carrots, peas, broccoli, etc.)
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a roasting pan toss sweet potatoes, a bit of oil, salt, and pepper. Set the tomato face up and sprinkle some oil, salt, and pepper on it. Roast for 10-15 min. Keep them aside.
- Take some oil and sauté the onions till translucent. Add the other veggies and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Let it cook for a few minutes, stirring them occasionally.

- 1 Large Butternut Squash
- 2 Carrots

- 3 Cloves of Garlic

- ⅛ tsp. of Nutmeg

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel, remove seeds and cut butternut squash into cubes.
- Peel carrots, onion and garlic. Cut carrots and onion into chunks.
- Add butternut squash, carrots, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to roasting pan. Toss to coat.
- Roast for about 1 hour or until veggies are soft.
